Great alternative to Stuffit Expander

I used Stuffit Expander for years but the old version has not been updated in a long time. The new version Stuffit Expander 16 is slow, buggy, and not seamless. It did not even associate compressed files with the App so I had to manually set all of them under the file “Info” page to even get it to recognize them. Also it froze a lot.

The Unarchiver installed very quick and immediately my compressed files in the downloads folder were associated with it, clicked on them and it asked for the output location, it remembered my preference for this, and the files were compelted super fast. Works just like the old Stuffit Expander. Easy, painless, and fast.
